At Bill Miller we are proud to serve our community by making donations to many organizations for fundraisers, benefits, student activities in schools, church events, and more.
Below are the guidelines to submit your request to our committee.
All donation requests must be submitted using this online request form. Your submission will also require a request letter on the organization letterhead or a flyer/ticket advertising the benefit you are requesting for.
The request letter, on letterhead, or benefit flyer should be uploaded here at the time of original submission. We will not accept any submissions without a request letter. We will not accept phone, mail, or email requests.
All requests need to be submitted no less than thirty days prior to your event date.
Your request letter must include the following information:
1. Date of your event.
2. Reason for the event.
3. Location you would like to pick up the donation from.
4. Specify what you are requesting.
a. If requesting food items, please list which items you are requesting and how many people you are serving.
b. Please specify if you are requesting gift cards or gift baskets for an auction or raffle.
c. Items not available for donation are spanish rice, hash browns, french fries, or green beans. Also, we no longer do any custom cooking.
5. FOR ANY TYPE OF BENEFIT (medical or otherwise) you must include a copy of the flyer or ticket advertising the benefit. If you are having the benefit because of medical reasons include a letter from a doctor.
If you are selected for a donation, you will be contacted with further information.
